Accountability Group

Are you interested in real estate investment or rental property? Not sure where to start? Need an extra push? This is the group for you. The RPOA Accountability Group was designed to help new investors and rental property owners take that next step to getting started with their real estate investment of choice.

Once a month, participants in the group meet to give an update on their prior month’s commitment, share one success they’ve had since the previous meeting, and receive feedback from group members. Members will then choose a new commitment using the S.M.A.R.T. Goal System and share any concerns or stumbling blocks they feel they may encounter along the way. Group participants and facilitators will give advice or potential solutions.

At the initial meeting, members and facilitators will introduce themselves along with their top three goals. Also, a more in depth explanation will be given about the group and its format. Participants will then decide upon a consequence to help keep them motivated each month to meet their goals.
