At our June 7th meetup, Kat Volkova, Account Executive at Superhog, will be joining us to discuss:
- The importance of risk management
- How risk management can help your short-term rental business thrive
- An overview of Superhog’s services
Kat Volkova has been in the STR industry for over 10 years starting off at onefinestay – a luxury home rental platform that started off in London and expanded to over 150 destinations. Her experience has been a mix of guest sales and inventory expansion via host acquisition giving her the opportunity to learn and have a deep understanding of how both hosts and guests think as well as what they want and need. She has always enjoyed my AirBNB guest experiences and so when I finally purchased her home, she decided to give hosting a go (to help out with my astronomical, Californian mortgage). This has further helped her understand and connect with hosts and property managers that are looking for an STR risk management solution.
