Seller Finance Reform is on the Way! The Seller Finance Enhancement Act (HR 5301) was recently introduced in Congress by Rep. Roger Williams (R-TX) and Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-TX). The bill will increase the number of allowable seller-financed properties from three to twenty-four per year.
