Where Real Estate Investors & Landlords Go for Success

Where Can I Find Training for EPA RRP Certification?

The EPA’s Renovate, Repair & Painting (RRP) rule requires any property manager, landlord, or contractor to use lead-safe work practices when working on their rental units, if the unit was built prior to 1978.

The RPOA offers training for the EPA RRP certification. RPOA’s goal is to provide RRP certification training at the lowest cost while maintaining quality and adhering to RRP requirements. Furthermore, the RPOA provides a perspective on the training from a landlord point of view—something not available from most providers.

For the latest schedule of EPA RRP certification classes and other RPOA events, go to the RPOA website and click on Events at the top of the page. You can register online or by calling the RPOA office at 1-800-701-7762. Click here to see our upcoming certification and refresher courses.
