RPOA Office Open to Members by Appointment Only
The RPOA office is now open for 30-minute in-person by appointment only visits, three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday), 9am – 12pm and 1pm – 4pm. Members may start making appointments now by calling the RPOA main office number at 616-454-3385 during regular business hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. The open hours and appointment requirement are necessary for the RPOA to adhere to current executive orders regarding distancing for staff and customers.
Please call 616-325-1069 upon arrival for your appointment. Staff will meet you at the exterior door. For the safety of our staff and our members, we ask that all visitors wear a mask when in the building and sanitize their hands upon entering the building before entering the main office area. We appreciate your cooperation. We ask members to be respectful of the 30-minute time frame so that staff can assist as many members as possible within the open hours. (Restroom facilities will not be available to members or the public at this time.)
We ask that members schedule appointments only for things other than buying forms. Members may order forms in advance by calling 616-454-3385, and the RPOA will mail or make them available outside the RPOA office for pick up on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday without appointment. If at all possible, please call 48 hours in advance of needing the forms. Payment over the phone is appreciated upon ordering the forms.
