The RPOA offers an intensive training and certification program with over 20 offerings. The in-depth classes include topics on property management, rental property ownership, and many other topics. The program consists of core classes for real estate investors.
RPOA members get a discounted rate on all regular classes and have the option to purchase a $99 Add-on Educational Discount and have access to most* classes at no additional cost for 1 year.

The Real Estate Investor Training Program is designed to provide advanced education and training to professionals in the real estate investing industry. Those who complete this program will receive a designation of Certified Real Estate Investor. Those that acquire this designation are distinguished as successful real estate investors who have demonstrated a high level of experience, skill and knowledge in the field of real estate investing.
Most classes offer continuing education credit (CE) hours for licensed real estate professionals in Michigan. Those completing the classes will also receive a designation as a Professional Housing Provider (PHP) through the National Real Estate Investors Association (NREIA).
